First, make a complete copy of the Purchasing Manager folder, if you do not like the update, or problems arise, it is possible to return to where you were before the update

Download the PurchMan.exe into your Purchasing Manager folder, if you installed into the default folder, this will be C:\Program Files\Purchasing Manager

Updating 4.8.8 or less (To update to 5.0, download the install package)

If you prefer to update with a complete reinstall, download the latest complete setup file, (purchman.exe) reinstalling will not replace the databases (but make a backup copy!), all saved information will be retained. Uninstalling will remove all saved information in the Purchasing Manager folder
